Information on your device
Arab IPTV uses your chosen provider URL and credentials to request its catalogue, play media and download permitted files. Saved login details, local profile information, favourites, recent viewing and resume positions are stored on your device. Downloaded media is stored in the app’s private storage.
Background downloads
Download tasks can retain authenticated request URLs needed to finish or retry transfers, even if you do not choose to remember your login. Failed task records may remain until retried or cleared. Disconnect clears local download records.
Connections to your provider
Your provider and its media, artwork and CDN services receive network information such as your IP address and the requests needed to supply content, including credentials where required. Their privacy policies apply to their services. HTTPS protects connections where supported; HTTP connections are not encrypted.
Analytics and support
The current app has no integrated advertising or analytics service and does not send viewing history to a developer-operated backend. If you contact support, your email address and message are received through our email service and used to respond to your request. Please do not send provider passwords or authenticated media URLs.
Your controls
You can remove downloaded files and disconnect to clear saved local app data. These actions do not delete your provider account or information held by that provider. Some operating-system secure storage can survive uninstalling; disconnect before uninstalling when possible. Contact the email above for privacy questions or requests concerning support correspondence.
