What to include

Tell us your app version, device, operating system, error code and the steps that caused the problem. For a failed download, include the copied redacted diagnostic report if available.

Never send passwords, complete authenticated stream URLs or payment details.

Downloads and playback

Wait until a download completes, then open Downloads and select a movie or an episode inside its series folder. Providers may refuse transfers or limit simultaneous connections. Network conditions, storage and operating-system restrictions can interrupt downloads.

Provider accounts

For subscription renewals, missing channels or provider authorization, contact your provider. Arab IPTV does not sell subscriptions or activation codes.

Remove local data

Delete saved videos from Downloads. Use Disconnect to clear local app data and download records. This does not cancel a third-party subscription.
